Sealed Maintenance Free Battery	Wet Deep Cycle Battery

The heart of any power system is the battery bank and it's ability to store and deliver power as needed. Today's popular sealed lead acid batteries are the AGM (absorbed glass mat) and gell batteries. Many users are turning to the MK AGM batteries due to the "no maintenance" and long life aspects of these batteries.

Six Volt Deep Cycle Golf Cart Batteries. These six-volt deep cycle golf cart batteries have become a popular battery for small to medium systems because of their low initial cost, good service life and availability. This type of battery consists of three cells which are of heavy construction than the traditional twelve volt, six cell automobile and RV/Marine batteries. These are used in sets of two to deliver 186 to 226 amp hours at twelve volts per pair.

Gell Cell Batteries.The Sunlite Series of valve-regulated, gell-electrolyte batteries are designed to offer reliable power for renewable energy applications where frequent deep cycles are required and minimun maintenance is desired. These batteries are sealed, but will vent at a pressure of 2 psi while being charged. Therefore, they require a ventilated enclosure to prevent gas build up. We recommend these batteries for small to medium sized systems, from recreational vehicles to remote telecommunication sites.

Unigy II STANDARD DESIGN allows modules to be stacked horizontally and connected by only four bolts (two in front- two in back), for quick and safe battery installation. Unigy II INTERLOCK SYSTEM utilizes interlocking modules to maximize convenience with front access bolting. This system delivers more power in less space while maintaining cooling requirements.
